Blink 182 made their Alternative Press cover debut following the release of their third studio album in June 1999, "Enemy of The State." This was shot in Oceanside California in 2000. 
Side note... The band's friend owned this taco shop up the street. They let us come in for a few minutes before they opened for lunch. A very quick, spontaneous shot and probably my favorite from the shoot.
